The new era of work isn’t coming, it’s already here. And Asana is fully aware of this. In fact, the project management platform used by Task and Flow was demonstrated at the Work Innovation Summit, where representatives from Asana spread all over the world.
This event took place in London, in the mythical Gherkin, one of the largest skyscrapers in the city of London, which serves as the headquarters of companies such as Swiss Re or Sky News – some of the best television programs have been recorded there.
The power of collective intelligence
One of the unavoidable topics these days is related to Artificial Intelligence. The impact covers a wide range of areas, from advanced medical diagnostics to, of course, project management.
After all, Artificial Intelligence plays a key role in digital transformation and in solving complex challenges, shaping the present and future of technology and society. Its continuous ability to learn and adapt makes it an essential subject when looking for innovative and efficient solutions. And we know that Asana is on board with everything in favor of innovative and efficient solutions.
Testimonials from London’s Work Innovation Summit
Asana CEO Dustin Moskovitz was adamant: “We live in the golden age of productivity, in which humans and Artificial Intelligence can achieve what has not yet been achieved.”
And this general idea is in line not only with Task and Flow’s philosophy, but also with that of other speakers:
- HRS Group’s CIO, Jochen Jaser, shared his unique vision of the formula for innovation: ideas + execution. He talked about promoting this culture in his own organization, supporting collaboration between teams, looking for use cases that create value.
- Adriana Miron Miron, PMO at Loewe, advocated continuous learning for the adoption of AI, highlighting the importance of taking advantage of small pilot programs, gradual implementation and continuous training in a business landscape that changes every day.
- Hays CMO Inken Kuhlmann-Rhinow spoke about the challenge leaders face when deciding how to balance investments in AI while maintaining the status quo to stay competitive – and shared strategies for leveraging the use of AI.
- Shivvy Jervis, innovation forecaster and futurist, shared his thoughts on the partnership between humans and A.I. and how it is set to propel us into the future – i.e. AI enhancing and complementing our human efforts. Finally, he pointed out that this human contribution is, in fact, more vital than thought.
This is a fundamental aspect – the importance of the human contribution and valuing it (also allowing for a greater work-life balance). At least for us at Task and Flow, who had the honor and privilege of attending these speeches.
